The project rolls out a training and workshop for Weather, Climate, and Tropical Cyclone 101 & the Enterprise Web Application for the TWGs of the Municipality of San Benito during this day (April 18, 2023). Also, Komunidad turnover a laptop and a Wi-Fi kit (courtesy of Globe Telecom) to the LGU MDRRM office to help them establish their command center.
The different personnel that participated in the training learned the basic foundation of weather, climate, and tropical cyclone during the morning session (WCxTC101) while in the afternoon session, the participants underwent a hands-on workshop on the Komunidad Enterprise Web Application where the participants learned how to manipulate and accessed the system.
The personnel expressed their gratitude during the training for having the project to be implemented in Siargao, Island and for deploying the Komunidad systems in their LGU.
